Exchange Policy

Order cancellations could be made 2 days from when the order was placed. After two days, the customer is unable to cancel and is required to pay for the entire order.

We place a high importance on customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their order. If a customer shipment arrives with any manufacturer faults, they must get in touch with us within the first five days of delivery. In the event of a return or exchange, Khalsa Furniture is obligated to inspect the item(s) and reserves the right to deny or postpone the transaction if there is reason to believe the item has been misused. Transportation expenses to or from Khalsa Furniture will be paid by Customer. Please be aware that custom furniture cannot be returned or exchanged and is considered a final sale.
